Deon Zender was born in Long Beach CA, he is an artist passionate about deep diving and snorkeling. He Fell in Love with Ocean Life at a very young age, he began to paint the aquatic scene by age 12. He has had many exhibitions and won an award from the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach.

He began his artistic journey in graffiti art and later moved into muralism and graphic design and illustration. He has done work for many clients including Miller Beer, Fitness Centers, Hospitals, and many others.
